What is the delivery process?

We make celebrations easy! You can choose to have your items delivered directly to the venue on the day of the celebration or to your workplace beforehand. With our meticulous million-point checklist, we ensure that every item arrives perfectly and on time, so you can focus on enjoying the moment. Delivery costs will be made known prior to final invoice payments.

Do you only offer Gifts for Christmas?

No, our gift selection extends far beyond Christmas! At Bow Box, we specialise in providing toys for a variety of celebrations and special occasions, including new baby arrivals, birthday parties, and toy raffles. Whether you're looking to enhance a special moment or add excitement with a toy raffle, we have the perfect toys to suit your needs. Our expertise ensures that you'll find just the right items for any event, making every occasion extraordinary with our curated selections.

How is payment handled?

Securing Your Order: To confirm your order, we require a 50% deposit. This initial step ensures that all preparations for your celebration can begin without delay.

Finalising Your Payment: Before we deliver your items, we'll provide you with the final invoice. Please note, final payment must be completed and cleared before delivery. This policy helps us ensure everything is in order for your special day, giving you peace of mind that all details are handled meticulously.

What if I need to add more gifts to my order?

Planning Ahead: To ensure consistency and availability, we recommend giving us at least two weeks' notice if you need to add more gifts that match your original selections. This lead time helps us secure the same items and maintain the theme of your celebration. We can’t always guarantee “same, same”, but we’ll try our best.

Last-Minute Additions: If you find yourself needing extra gifts closer to the date, don't worry! With just four days' notice, we can still prepare something special from our extensive in-store selection. That's the beauty of having a whole toy store to choose from—we're always ready to help make your celebration as joyful and stress-free as possible

Supporting your Generosity: We recognise that many businesses choose to give back to their communities during this time of year, and we are here to support your charitable initiatives. Whether you have specific criteria or age brackets in mind, we can tailor our gifts to meet your needs.

Hassle-Free Delivery: Once you've selected your gifts, we can also arrange for them to be delivered directly to the charity location of your choice. We're committed to making the process as seamless and impactful as possible, helping you contribute meaningfully to those in need.

Guaranteed Product Replacement for Faulty Items

Commitment to Quality: We stand behind the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are committed to making it right.

Immediate Action: We will either replace the faulty product promptly or arrange for the necessary repairs or replacement parts. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, minimising any inconvenience to you.
